If you like Biloxi enough to come back, players cards are one of the easiest ways to make the next trip cost less. From Kevin and Kelli: here is how we think about signing up, tier matching, and stacking offers along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Take a day and do a casino run
Do not try to open every account online before you arrive. Wait and sign up in person. The desk offers are usually better, you walk out with the plastic in hand, and you can ask questions while you are there.
Carve out a half day (or a full day if you are thorough) and make a players-card circuit. Our must-get list for the Biloxi / Gulf Coast stretch:
- Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi (Encore Players Club)
- Beau Rivage (MGM Rewards)
- Harrah’s Gulf Coast (Caesars Rewards)
- Golden Nugget Biloxi (24K Select Club)
- Boomtown Biloxi (Marquee Rewards)
- Treasure Bay
- Palace Casino Resort
- IP Casino Resort Spa (Boyd Rewards)
- Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort (Pearl Rewards)
- Island View Casino Resort & smoke-free Beach View Casino (same family / shared Players Club in Gulfport)
Bring a photo ID, be ready for a short form at each players club, and keep the cards together so you actually use them on later trips. For how the stays feel once you are checked in, see our Hard Rock Biloxi stay review, Beau Rivage stay review, and the full Biloxi & Ocean Springs trip post.

What the cards actually get you
Beyond free play, most clubs lean into the same family of perks: discounted or complimentary rooms, dining comps, retail / Rock Shop / gift-shop discounts, spa deals, birthday offers, and sometimes golf or local merchant partners. Exact numbers move with your tier and the calendar, so treat the links below as the live source of truth for benefits and current signup pitches.

- Hard Rock Biloxi (Encore) — Player services overview and the current tier benefits chart (cafe / Rock Shop discounts, spa, pool access, comps by tier).
- Beau Rivage (MGM Rewards) — MGM Rewards program, tier benefits, and Beau Rivage promotions (rooms, dining, entertainment, member rates).
- Harrah’s Gulf Coast (Caesars Rewards) — Caesars Rewards / MyRewards and Harrah’s Gulf Coast for property promos (Reward Credits toward rooms, dining, shopping discounts by tier).
- Golden Nugget Biloxi (24K) — 24K Select Club FAQ (join in person with ID; offers and app access after signup).
- Scarlet Pearl (Pearl Rewards) — Pearl Rewards and comp partners (hotel perks, dining/shopping comps with local partners).
- Island View / Beach View — Players Club benefits, current gaming / new-member offers, and MyInsider.com for member coupons and merchant discounts after you have a card.
- Palace Casino Resort — Players Club.
- IP Casino (Boyd Rewards) — IP Biloxi (check Boyd Rewards / best-rate tier benefits for rooms).
We skip listing dollar amounts for signup bonuses here on purpose — those rotate. Click through (or ask at the desk) for whatever is live that week.
Ask about tier matching
If you already carry a high-level card from MGM Rewards, Caesars Rewards, Encore Rewards, or 24k, ask at the other clubs about tier matching. Policies change, and not every property will match every status, but it costs nothing to ask — and a matched tier can unlock better offers, better lines, and better room rates on the next visit.
Bring proof of your current status (the card, the app, or a printout) so the host can see what you are asking them to match.
Free-play leverage at Island View / Beach View
Island View Casino Resort and smoke-free Beach View Casino are the same family in Gulfport — one property allows smoking on the floor and the other does not — with a shared Players Club. If you land a strong free-play (or coupon) offer from another casino, take it to Island View / Beach View and ask about doubling it. Their current new-member pitch has included doubling another casino’s coupon (up to a stated cap), but match rules change, so confirm at the Players Club desk before you count on it.

MGM and Caesars credit cards
This post is for information only. We are not affiliated with MGM Rewards, Caesars Rewards, or their card issuers for these credit cards. Card offers, fees, and eligibility change — check the issuer’s site before you apply. See our Disclosures page for how Rocked by the Road handles affiliate links elsewhere on the site.
If you’re already stacking MGM Rewards Tier Credits on property, some guests also look at the MGM Rewards Mastercard options from FNBO for points and tier credits on everyday spend. Terms and bonus offers change — compare the current cards and apply only on the official MGM/FNBO pages. We’re not paid for those applications.
Same idea for Caesars Rewards members: any Caesars Rewards Visa/credit card offers should be checked on the official Caesars/issuer pages, not third-party summaries. We’re not monetizing those applications.
Charter flights for players club members
Players club members at the big brands sometimes get access to charter flight programs — MGM Air-style trips and Caesars Rewards Air charter trips among them. Availability, cities, and who qualifies shift with the season and your tier. If you are planning a Biloxi or regional casino weekend, it is worth asking your host or checking the app whether a charter option fits your dates before you book a standard fare.
A few ground rules
- Sign up in person when you can.
- Ask about tier matching if you already have status elsewhere.
- Keep offers and cards organized so you can actually redeem them.
- Confirm every match, double, and charter rule at the desk or in the current app — programs change.
- Play only what you are comfortable losing. Perks are a bonus, not a plan to chase.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate card at every Biloxi casino?
For most independent properties, yes — each club is its own program. Brand properties (MGM, Caesars, and so on) usually share one account across their network. Island View and Beach View share one Players Club.
Is tier matching guaranteed?
No. Some clubs will match high status from MGM, Caesars, Encore, or 24k; others will not. Ask politely with proof of status and take whatever they can do.
Should I open the casino credit cards before my trip?
Only if the current offer and your own credit picture make sense. We keep bonus amounts and fees out of this tip so nothing goes stale — check the live offer on the issuer’s site and our disclosures before you apply.
Casino and credit offers change; confirm current terms before you travel or apply. See our Disclosures page for how we handle affiliate links elsewhere on the site.
